| About East Shelby Products East Shelby Products was established in 2000 to help your company gain a more competitive edge. The business has quickly grown thanks to John's thirty four years of manufacturing experience, sixteen of those years as a buyer and salesman in the lift truck industry, ten years in the sub-contract fabrication industry and eight years selling metal products and coatings. Through the years John has been involved with the product design and improvement processes. He also has experience in setting up stocking programs such as Kanban ordering. Ryan joined East Shelby Products in October of 2005. Ryan brings five years of manufacturing experience which two of those years were spent as a buyer for a scale manufacturing company. Ryan also has five years in the Information Technology field. The competitive nature of manufacturing requires that you have an “edge” in order to stand out among your competition.
